Trainwreck

Shirt I got at an intimate Trainwreck concert when I lived in Boston. It’s not my normal cup of tea as far as music stylings are concerned, but I wanted to see Kyle Gass perform. This shirt is generally used to telegraph my displeasure with how things are currently going, though I did wear it on our train trips from California to Michigan and back, because I felt I needed to.

Blood on the Keys

Freezepop shirt featuring a keytar. As I did a lot of work to get the keytar working for Rock Band 3, this shirt holds a special place in my heart and has a handful of layered meanings. One of the many bands I was introduced to while at Harmonix that had coworker(s) in them.

Flight of the Conchords Xylophone

Failed to actually get a picture of me wearing it, but I consider this my first pride shirt, as it was the only rainbow shirt I had for awhile so it was most the thematically appropriate. I think it’s also my only v-neck shirt, but I could be mistaken. Also, xylophones.
Tour stop list on the back. I saw them in Boston.

2010 Hell-o-daze

From when I went to East Coast Grill’s Hell Night to have their Pasta From Hell (sauce had ghost peppers in it). Was one of the last things I did in Boston before I had to move back home due to unemployment, and went with a bunch of folks from Harmonix that I don’t see nearly enough (or at all) these days. We all had a bite of the Pasta From Hell, then I had a second. I could feel the warmth of it moving down my body. Glad I did it, won’t do it again.
